I feel compelled to make a positive contribution. I am committed to bring awareness to issues in society and actively help to heal the wounds.
Not having the same platform that I once had as a player and leader in our clubhouse, I have decided to stand along side and behind the men and women in baseball today.
I ask and encourage others to take a stance against racially motivated injustices that have plagued our world for too long. With your support and commitment, I believe we can all play a role in making a difference. Let’s support and protect each other. Let’s heal and unite the world.
A CALL TO ACTION
As a symbol of this commitment to action, I have partnered with Phoenix Bats who boldly stepped up to the plate and developed a line of bats and designs, dedicated to represent unity and healing on and off the field.
